Step-by-step process
Qualifying and Finance Pre-approval Our New Home Finance Specialist will discuss your requirements and goals before creating a funding strategy to get you into your new home. We’ll establish how much you can borrow and we’ll ask you to commit to the $2000 holding fee to confirm your place in our program, which is fully refundable.
House & Land Package We’ll identify an ideal timeframe for purchasing land that suits your specific funding strategy, identify available locations and suitable floor plans that fall within your budget, and provide a quotation for you to review. The relationships we have with all the major land developers allow our team to work with you to select the right land in your preferred location, at the best possible price.

Once you are ready to approve your quotation your New Home Finance Specialist will coordinate a meeting to choose colours and to discuss any upgrades you may wish to include. Once you are happy with the inclusions we will prepare a New Home Contract for you to sign.
Construction Process Once we receive finance approval we will commence the Pre-Construction process where we obtain authority approvals, your engineering design and building permit. After you have settled on your land we will also begin the process of ordering all the materials for construction of your new home.

Before we commence on site we will prepare Final Working Drawings (FWD’s) confirming every detail of your home, and it will be at this time that our Construction Team contact you to explain each step of the building process. Our Home Coordinators will keep you well informed throughout the entire build process, providing regular updates along with photographs to accompany your staged progress payment requests.

Prior to your new home being completed we will undertake a Quality Assurance check and welcome you to arrange your own independent inspection.
Handover and Maintenance The handover of your new home is, without doubt, the most exciting part of the process and we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of the product, knowing that this is synonymous with the Glenvill brand.

Your Site Manager will meet you on site to walk you through your home and provide you with a handover pack containing warranties, instructions and most importantly, the keys to your new home.

Aplace by Glenvill provides a 6-month maintenance period allowing sufficient time to ensure all issues are identified after occupation of the home. We want you to have peace of mind and confidence in the new home we have built for you.
